Refund policy

RETURNS AND REFUNDS: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the unused portion of the product in its original container, within 15 days of the purchase date, for a full refund of the purchase price of the product minus shipping costs. Please be advised that we cannot issue a refund after 15 days of the purchase date.

RETURN PROCESS: To return an item, please contact our customer service to obtain a product return form.

Please note that you are required to include your order# on the return mailing package and to include a completed return form with your returned items. All returns must be postmarked within 15 days of the purchase date. We do not provide return mailing labels for orders being returned.

REFUND PROCESS: After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return and refund. Please allow up to 14 days from the receipt of your returned item to process your return and refund. We will notify you by email when your return has been received and your refund has been processed.
